This year’s Sobey School Responsible Leadership Day will focus on the retail sector, exploring how leaders can drive meaningful change through responsible practices. Discussions will highlight critical issues such as sustainability in retail, with particular attention to packaging, waste reduction, and responsible consumption. Equally important, the event will address labour practices in retail, emphasizing the need for fair treatment of employees and fostering inclusivity in the workplace.
