Saint Mary’s University welcomes and encourages Nova Scotia É«»¨Ìà Student Program (NSISP) graduates to stay in Nova Scotia for their post-secondary studies by offering tuition incentives.

Students graduating from a Nova Scotia high school through the NSISP (in the 2023-24 academic year and beyond) are eligible to receive the Canadian domestic out-of-province tuition rate for the entirety of their undergraduate studies at Saint Mary’s University – an estimated overall savings of more than $50,000 (CAD).

New Brunswick É«»¨Ìà Students Program (NBISP) and Saint Mary’s Partnership

Saint Mary’s University welcomes and encourages New Brunswick É«»¨Ìà Student Program (NBISP) graduates to study in Nova Scotia for their post-secondary studies by offering tuition incentives.

Students graduating from a New Brunswick high school through the NBISP (in the 2023-24 academic year and beyond) are eligible to receive a tuition reduction of $1,000 (CAD) per 3-credit hour course, for the entirety of their undergraduate studies at Saint Mary’s  University – an estimated overall savings of $40,000 (CAD).

Prince Edward Island É«»¨Ìà Student Program (PEI-ISP) and Saint Mary’s Partnership

Saint Mary’s University welcomes and encourages Prince Edward Island É«»¨Ìà Student Program (PEI-ISP) graduates to study in Nova Scotia for their post-secondary studies by offering tuition incentives.

Students graduating from a PEI high school through the PEI-ISP (in the 2025-26 academic year and beyond) are eligible to receive a tuition reduction of $1,000 (CAD) per 3-credit-hour course, for the entirety of their undergraduate studies at Saint Mary’s  University – an estimated overall savings of $40,000 (CAD).

Canadian Association of Independent Schools (CAIS) and Saint Mary’s Partnership

Saint Mary’s  University welcomes and encourages international students graduating from a to study in Nova Scotia for their post-secondary studies by offering tuition incentives.

É«»¨Ìà students graduating from a CAIS-accredited school (in the 2023-24 academic year and beyond) are eligible to receive a tuition reduction of $1,000 (CAD) per 3-credit hour course, for the entirety of their undergraduate studies at Saint Mary’s University – an estimated overall savings of $40,000 (CAD).

United World College (UWC) - Saint Mary’s University Tuition Award (Effective September 2025)

Non-Canadian citizens or permanent residents graduating from a  are eligible for:

  • $1,000 CAD/course tuition reduction off the international rate for any undergraduate degree or engineering diploma at Saint Mary’s University. Valid for the duration of the undergraduate degree or engineering diploma.
  • No separate application required—available to all admitted UWC graduates with a valid Canadian study permit.
  • Students are responsible for remaining tuition and fees.
  • Maximum value: up to $40,000 CAD over a 120-credit degree.
  • IB Diploma holders may receive up to 42 advanced credits.

Council of É«»¨Ìà Schools (CIS) and Saint Mary’s Partnership

Saint Mary’s  University welcomes and encourages international students graduating from a CIS member school to study in Nova Scotia for their post-secondary studies by offering tuition incentives.

É«»¨Ìà students graduating from a CIS member school (in the 2025-26 academic year and beyond) are eligible to receive a tuition reduction of $1,000 (CAD) per 3-credit hour course, for the entirety of their undergraduate studies at Saint Mary’s University – an estimated overall savings of $40,000 (CAD).

Government of Sint Maarten and Saint Mary’s Partnership

Saint Mary’s University welcomes and encourages international students and citizens of Sint Maarten graduating from a Sint Maarten high school to study in Nova Scotia for their post-secondary studies by offering tuition incentives.

É«»¨Ìà students graduating from a Sint Maarten school (in the 2025-26 academic year and beyond) are eligible to receive a tuition reduction of $1,000 (CAD) per 3-credit hour course, for the entirety of their undergraduate studies at Saint Mary’s University – an estimated overall savings of $40,000 (CAD).

Munro Academy and Saint Mary’s Partnership

Saint Mary’s  University welcomes and encourages international students graduating from Munro Academy to study in Nova Scotia for their post-secondary studies by offering tuition incentives.

É«»¨Ìà students graduating from Munro Academy (in the 2025-26 academic year and beyond) are eligible to receive a tuition reduction of $1,000 (CAD) per 3-credit hour course, for the entirety of their undergraduate studies at Saint Mary’s University – an estimated overall savings of $40,000 (CAD).
