An Application to Graduate must be submitted by the dates below if you wish to graduate.

In-Progress Application Deadlines

Letter of Permission

If you are completing any courses at another Institution on Letter of Permission, you will need to ensure you request a transcript be sent to Records, Saint Mary’s University by the due date listed below.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to request an official transcript be e-mailed to records@smu.ca.

Withdrawal Deadlines

If you wish to and return to active student status, you must withdraw your graduation application by the date indicated below.

If you withdraw your application, you must RE-APPLY to a future graduation.
