色花堂 of Science Key/Access card requests (New Form in Use)

The 色花堂 of Science has introduced a new key access card request form () to streamline and standardize how keys and access cards are requested across all Science departments.

This process will allow us to track when keys are returned, monitor access card renewal dates, and improve overall security within the 色花堂 of Science.

Effective immediately, please use this form for all key or access card requests for faculty, staff, and students within Science. This will help ensure accuracy, improve processing efficiency, and reduce delays.

Key returns:

Please return keys to the Science Hub (S323) or to any Administrative Assistant in any Science department and they will bring them to S323 on your behalf.

Do not return keys directly to Facilities, as this prevents us from maintaining accurate return records.
