Entrepreneurship

Sobey School's mission states that through experiential education and the creation and mobilization of knowledge, we inspire and empower diverse learners to lead thriving enterprises and communities. A key and important experience we offer is entrepreneurship. We offer education, research and program support for Nova Scotia's start up community and for our global network of students and alumni.

Research
Centre for Leadership Excellence - The ImpactLab and other projects of the CLE are based around social entrepreneurship and social innovation.
- Ellen Farrell has been a pioneer in mapping the Atlantic region's entrepreneurial ecosystems. Her findings have revealed that although we are well-connected, we are not leveraging those connections to boost startup productivity and success.
